Holiday timetable to start from tonight - session from 6.30-8.30pm

Dear all,

We are now back from our Gasshuku or boot camp in the Pennine Hills in Garrigil. What agreat time we had, with lots of training, running, camping, cooking and swimming.

This means it is the end of the university season and the start of the summer holiday so we have changed the timetable to the holiday mode. This does not mean that will be slacking, mind you!

Tuesday training sessions will be from 6.30pm (end 8.30pm), until university students come back from holiday in late September.

We will still be training at our usual times for the rest of the week:
  • Monday 5-6.30pm - intermediate
  • Tuesday 6.30-8.30pm - from beginner onwards
  • Wednesday 5-7pm - from beginner onwards
  • Thursday 5-6.30pm - intermediate
  • Friday 7.30-9am - intermediate
  • Friday 6.30-8pm - from beginner onwards
  • Friday 8-9pm weapons training - from beginner onwards
  • Saturday 11.30-1pm - 2nd kyu and above

Also, all our congratulations to James Ang who just passed his shodan with distinction! Well done Jang!

National squad training will be held this Saturday from 11am until 3pm, so the normal Saturday class is cancelled.

On Sunday our dojo will proudly host the summer national grading, with Louise and Vincent going for their shodan. Come and watch and cheer them on!

See you on the mat soon!

Celine
