Boot camp - Garrigill

Dear all, Don't miss our annual aikido "boot camp" which is coming up in a couple of weeks' time. We will head out to the Pennine Hills in the village of Garrigill, situated in county Durham, just north of the Yorkshire Moors. If you haven't heard of the area, it's a stunning place with rolling hills, wild moors, and waterfalls (which we will get to see and stand underneath!)... On the menu: Aiki training (lots!), waterfalls, grading, sauna, excursion and more training! Open to all grades. I've also attached some info, thank you Justin! Please confirm whether you'll be attending by paying your deposit (40) before this Sunday, then 20 in Garrigill; alternatively, pay the whole and get a discount before Sunday: £55. The fee includes accommodation in the training hall (heated and matted, bring your sleeping bags), 3 daily meals (bring your snacks), sauna/swimming pool/jacuzzi (yeah!) and mat fees.
