It has come to our attention that not all dojo members got Chris's e-mail about the upcoming club AGM on the 13 May, so I am forwarding it to everyone on the club mailing list. Apologies if you are receiving this for the second time!
Whilst I am here, a reminder that there is a shodohai (aka friendly competition practice) this Saturday (18th April) from 2-4 for all grades and is entirely free. The shodohai will serve as practice for those on the referee course taking place earlier in the day (for 1st kyus and above; ask Scott or Celine for more details). And because of the referee course, normal Saturday 11.30-1.00 practice is cancelled this week.

Dear all dojo memebers,
How are you ? I hope that you had a good easter weekend. I would like to invite you to the dojo AGM on the 13th May. Here are the details:
Date: 13th May,2015
Time: 19:30 to 21:30
Location: Red Deer up-stair room
Food: £6 per head
The pub will prefer us to pre-order our food. I would think that it will make sense to have a buffet of 20 people portion with a bit of everything. Please check the menu.
This year we will seriously need a new secretary and a new treasurer. The agenda and the postions description are attached in this email.
