Re: Dojo Christmas Party - Deposits And Food Choices Needed Soon!

Good afternoon,

Thank you everyone who has already responded to the previous e-mail regarding the Christmas meal. For those who have yet to get back to me, I'd just like to remind you that the deadline for meal choices is this Sunday (the 4th). I shall be handing in everyone's meal choices to the Red Deer on Monday the 5th.

For all those who have yet to give me the deposit money, please do not worry about this anymore. Circumstances have changed meaning that I don't need to collect money for a deposit anymore. Anyone who's given me deposit money will get it back asap.

Finally, there is a grading on Wednesday next week from 17.00-19.00. This will be the last club grading for 2016. Please note that this year we have had gradings on both Tuesdays and Thursdays so please be aware of the day change.

Subject: Dojo Christmas Party - Deposits And Food Choices Needed Soon!

Hello all,

On Wednesday 14th December, we shall be having our annual Christmas party at the Red Deer Pub from 19.30. This will follow on from santa-hat Christmas training at the dojo from 17.00-19.00 (most of you will know what I am talking about).

Now the really important stuff. If you want to go to the dinner, I need 2 things from you:

  1. Please choose what food you want to eat from the attached menu
  2. Please give me £5 as a deposit
Please e-mail or text me your food choice. With the deposit, give it to either me or someone reliable (they will then pass it on to me). I need both these things from you by Sunday 4th December

Please note that food is either 2 or 3 course. If you want the 2 course option, choose either a starter and a main, or a main and a dessert. The normal Red Deer food menu is not available for group bookings and you cannot order on the day. Also places are limited to 25 people only, so please be prompt with booking your place just in case.

See you all soon!

James
