Good morning everybody,
We have a new time, date and location for the postponed club AGM: 19.30, Wednesday 7th June at the Bath Hotel Pub. There will be various cold foods provided, so please confirm with me if you plan on attending so we know how much to order. Deadline for this is Saturday 3rd June evening. Something I forgot in previous e-mails is the list of committee position roles on offer so I have attached it to this e-mail. Just to confirm, the positions and their roles haven't changed since last year.
In addition to the AGM, I would also like to make you aware of the upcoming British Open competition. It will be held in Sheffield Sunday 11th June at the EIS. We need to get club entries to the organisers by Sunday this week, so the deadline for sorting out who is doing what etc, is once again Saturday 3rd June evening. I have also attached with this e-mail the general information sheet for the competition. Feel free to discuss with me anything related to this competition including entry.
