Subject: Dojo AGM - Wednesday 13/06/2018 19.30-Onwards
Good afternoon all,
Further to previous correspondence, the dojo AGM (Annual General Meeting) is now starting to appear on the horizon. The AGM will take place in the Red Deer pub meeting room (where it was also held last year) and will be from 19.30-onwards on Wednesday 13th June.
As always, this event is the opportunity to find out how the club is doing behind-the-scenes, general plans for the upcoming year and the re-election of the club committee. With regards to the club committee elections, attached with this e-mail are the committee roles that will be on offer during the meeting.
The challenge every year is getting enough people to fill the roles available so any and all help is welcome. If you fancy a particular role, chances are you can have it without any issues or objections.
Whilst not compulsary, there is a food buffet available for people at the meeting. Please see the attached menu for more information. It is £9.50 a person which you can pay on the day. We have to give numbers in advance for food, so if you want some, please let me know within the next week (deadline is Sunday evening 03/06/2018)
